Madison Chilvers is a Partner at Achkar Law, collaborating with both employees and employers to assist them in navigating employment, labour, and human rights law matters.
Prior to joining the Achkar Law Team, Madison worked as an Estate and Family Law Litigation Lawyer. As a result, Madison gained extensive experience working with Clients to create legal solutions for often personal and sensitive issues, from negotiation to litigation.
Madison obtained her LL.B. (Hons) Law Degree from the University of Southampton, UK. Upon returning to Canada, she obtained her LL.M. in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. During her time at Osgoode, she volunteered with the Ontario Pro Bono Program.
During her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading, spending time with family, and playing tabletop games with friends.
