Babak Sankani is a Senior Associate Lawyer with Achkar Law, focusing on employment law, human rights law, and civil litigation. He has assisted employees and employers with all their employment, human rights, and litigation needs. No matter what he is assisting a client with, he always proposes practical, cost-effective, and tailored strategies to achieve their desired results.
Babak obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa with a specialization in alternative dispute resolution. During his tenure at law school, he interned at both a well-known business law firm and an employment law firm in downtown Ottawa. Prior to attending law school, Babak completed his Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Philosophy.
In his free time, Babak enjoys playing strategy games with friends, cooking new recipes, and getting caught up about recent changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure.
