MacKenzie Campbell

MacKenzie Campbell is a Senior Litigation Lawyer at Achkar Law. His practice includes employment and labour law, corporate and commercial litigation, and civil litigation. MacKenzie represents both individuals and organizations in a wide range of disputes, including workplace, human rights, and regulatory matters.

While in law school, MacKenzie excelled in litigation-focused coursework and moot competitions, earning a place on the team representing Western Law at the prestigious Arnup Cup.

He began his legal career as an Assistant Crown Attorney with the Ministry of the Attorney General, where he appeared in court daily on a range of criminal matters, including judicial pre-trials, bail hearings and reviews, preliminary inquiries, and trials, developing the courtroom skills he now brings to his civil litigation practice.

MacKenzie has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and various administrative bodies, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Assessment Review Board. His experience includes complex tax litigation involving major corporations, as well as employment and contractual disputes involving both employees and employers.
